A 20-year-old man was charged Friday with attacking three women in at least two break-ins in Tustin, according to court records.
Cristian Francisco Justiniano was charged with single counts each of aggravated trespass and touching an intimate part of another person, both misdemeanors, as well as assault with an intent to commit a sex offense in a burglary and sexual penetration of an unconscious victim, both felonies.
The misdemeanors are alleged to have happened New Year’s Day and the felonies Wednesday.
It was not immediately clear where Justiniano resides.
Justiniano’s arraignment on Friday was rescheduled for Feb. 28 in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana.
He was being held on $1 million bail.
Police and prosecutors could not immediately provide further details.
