A 24-year-old man convicted of possession of child pornography pleaded not guilty Wednesday in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana to another case of possession of child pornography.
Jacob Sabino Wilson was charged July 8 with one count of possession and control of child pornography with a prior conviction for that crime and one count of possession and control of child pornography, both felonies.
Wilson was convicted June 21, 2016, in Los Angeles County with possession of child pornography, according to court records.
On Sept. 19, 2017, Wilson pleaded guilty in Orange County Superior Court to failing to notify law enforcement of a change of address and a count of a transient’s failure to register within five days of moving into an area, both felonies. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
Wilson was ordered to return to court July 23 for a pretrial hearing in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
