A convicted flasher was charged Monday with exposing himself to a girl at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley.
Elihu Jonathan Rodriguez, 31, of Santa Ana, was charged with a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction and a misdemeanor count of child annoyance, according to court records.
Rodriguez’s planned arraignment on Monday was rescheduled for Aug. 28 in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana.
Rodriguez was accused of exposing himself to a girl, whose age was not released, about 5:25 p.m. Thursday as she walked by him on the southwest corner of the park at Euclid Street and Edinger Avenue, said Fountain Valley Police Department Sgt. Donald Farmer.
