A 44-year-old man was charged Friday with raping and robbing a woman in Santa Ana.
Rudy Rivas Ceja was charged with rape, sodomy by force, forcible oral copulation, robbery and criminal threats, all felonies. He also faces sentencing enhancements for kidnapping to commit a sex offense and kidnapping to commit a robbery. He was also accused of criminal threats against a man.
Ceja, who was accused of committing the crimes on Tuesday, did not enter a plea at his arraignment Friday, which was rescheduled for April 19.
