A 45-year-old man was charged Friday with sexually assaulting three girls in Laguna Niguel.
Angel Lewis Burgos was charged with sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child 10 years or younger, two counts of oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger, and two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14, all felonies.
One of the girls was attacked in November 2014, another in December 2012, and a third in January 2014, the criminal complaint alleges.
Burgos did not enter a plea at his arraignment in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana on Friday when the hearing was rescheduled for April 19 in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
An Orange County sheriff’s spokesman would not release details of the allegations, and an Orange County District Attorney’s spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
